He / She shall cut and trim meat from larger, wholesale portions into steaks, chops, roasts, and other professional meat cuts.

Prepare and open-flame grill various succulent steaks and carved meaty meals.

Qualifications

High School, Certificate or Diploma in Food Production or related field. Food safety certification. Highly responsible & reliable
